At Real Estate Pictures, we understand that real estate is a dynamic industry where schedules and priorities can change quickly. These service terms outline our flexible approach to working with agents, brokers, and homeowners while protecting both parties’ interests.
Booking & Scheduling
Flexible Scheduling: We recognize that listing schedules can change unexpectedly. Cancellations and rescheduling requests are completely normal in our industry, and we accommodate these changes whenever possible.
Cancellation Policy
- 24+ hours notice: Full rescheduling at no additional cost
- Same-day cancellations: We’ll work with you to find the next available slot
- No-shows: Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule
Payment Terms
We accept payment through multiple convenient methods:
- Credit card (on-site or remote processing)
- Email money transfer (e-transfer)
- Cash payment
- Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other major currencies)
Payment is due within 30 days of service completion unless otherwise arranged.
Content Ownership & Usage Rights
Licensing to You: Upon payment, you receive full licensing rights to use all captured content for MLS listings, marketing materials, social media, print advertising, and website marketing.
Our Retained Rights: Real Estate Pictures retains copyright ownership of all content and reserves the right to use captured images and videos for our portfolio and marketing.
Service Delivery
- Standard delivery: 24 hours from shoot completion
- Rush delivery: Available upon request
- All content delivered via secure online gallery
