  • Device Permissions: The mobile application may request access to your device's camera and photo library storage strictly to allow the uploading and downloading of real estate media assets.
  • Payment Information: Credit card and transaction details are collected strictly to process invoices via our integrated third-party payment gateway (Square). We do not store raw credit card information on our servers.

2. How We Use Collected Information

Real Estate Pictures may collect and use Users' personal information for the following purposes:

Account Deletion

If your app account allows for registration, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.

Upon receiving your request, we will remove your account credentials and associated personal data from our active databases within a reasonable administrative timeframe, subject to any legally mandated financial record-keeping requirements (such as historical invoices).
